Meredith Stemen | Portland Pianist

Meredith's diverse career has allowed her opportunities to work with many different ensembles. In addition to her recent debut as a soloist with the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, Meredith's collaborations have included the Pensacola Choral Society, LSU Chamber Singers, Interlochen Singers and World Youth Honors Choir, UWF Summer Festival Chorus, and Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra.

 

She will join the Pacific Youth Choir's team of collaborative pianists in Portland, Oregon for the 2025-26 season, and is currently accepting students for her private piano studio with lessons available in the Portland area or online.

 

Meredith was selected as a collaborative piano fellow for the Opera Theater and VocalARTS program at the Aspen Music Festival. During the 2024-25 season, she served as music director for Pensacola Opera's education tour, rehearsal pianist for Pagliacci, and rehearsal pianist/continuo for Le Nozze di Figaro. As an administrator she specializes in outreach and community engagement, most recently managing the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra's Beyond the Stage program as the Community Engagement Administrator.
